At Carpet Runners, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new runner isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return any standard-sized item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully roll the runner and secure it in its original protective plastic packaging or equivalent heavy-duty wrap to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned runner, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
